1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, visiting, or staying at The Shali Tribe, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The management reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Room and tent rates are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods provided by The Shali Tribe.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through the same channel used for booking.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation period and booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures unless approved by management.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, staff members, and property rules.
  • Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not permitted, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Property Damage

  • Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to rooms, luxury tents, furniture, fixtures, or other property assets during their stay.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

7. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, tents, and enclosed areas.
  • Guests may use designated smoking areas where permitted.
  • Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and property guidelines.

8. Children & Extra Guests

  • Children must remain under the supervision of parents or guardians at all times.
  • Additional guests beyond the confirmed booking may incur extra charges and require prior approval.

9. Safety & Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables.
  • The Shali Tribe shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

10. Outdoor Activities

  • Activities such as trekking, bonfires, camping experiences, nature walks, and sightseeing excursions are undertaken at the guest's own risk.
  • Guests should follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

11. Pet Policy

  • Pets may be allowed only with prior approval from management.
  • Pet owners are responsible for their pet's behavior, cleanliness, and any damages caused.

12. Parking

  • Parking facilities are provided subject to availability.
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage.

13. Force Majeure

The Shali Tribe shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to any guest whose behavior is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
